As has been previously noted in the Pattern Glass School article on Cordials, these Early American Pattern Glass vessels
were apparently used for drinks that you didn't want
much of.... as is evident from the above photo with one
cherry nearly filling the cups.
They are all about 3" tall, with a couple reaching up to 3 1/2" tall. 
Among the few glass factories which made cordials as part of their pattern lines, were Tarentum, Duncan, O'Hara,
Cooperative Flint, Kokomo Jenkins, Bellaire, Bryce,
Hobbs Brockunier, McKee & Model Flint.
By far, the majority of these teeny glasses were made after 1890.

smallest listed stem in this pattern- 3 1/2" tall. Has some manuf. flaws in top edge HERE & in the base HERE.
